Faulty Cow Monitoring Devices

The Cow Monitoring section displays indications of malfunctions with tags and Afimilk Readers used to monitor cow health and fertility:

Red - indicates that faulty tags/Readers were detected in the most recently ended session. The number inside the symbol indicates the number of faulty tags.

Yellow - indicates that faulty tags/Readers were detected in one of the previous four sessions, but not the last session that ended. The number inside the symbol indicates the number of faulty tags.

Green - indicates that no faults were detected.

Click the indicator on the dashboard to display the report.

Reports listed in this section:

• Faulty Readers – Lists Readers with communication gaps OR reduced reading rates.

• Faulty Tags – Lists tags that failed to measure properly OR were not identified by the Reader or by the Parlor ID.

• Rejected Tags - Lists tags that are either not registered in AfiFarm or are invalid.
